What is the Tracking Number and Password? When and how should
I use them? |
The
Tracking Number is a unique number that is automatically generated
by the Online System at the time of your CV submission. You will
provide the Password at the time of filling the CV Form. Both
the Tracking Number and Password will be needed if you want to
edit/update your CV online. To update your CV just enter the tracking
number and password in the "EDIT CV" box at the
Citycell home page and click on the "EDIT CV" button. |

Q.
I have already submitted my CV using the system. Now Citycell
has announced a new job offering. Do I have to submit my CV again? |
No.
You don't have to submit your CV twice at the system. Every time
you want to apply for a new job vacancy all you have to do is
access the "EDIT CV" box (with your Tracking Number
and Password) and select the new jobs you want to apply for. You
will find the list of new jobs at the bottom of the Application
Form. |

Q. Can I submit a CV for more than one job at the same time? |
You
can submit your CV for a maximum of two positions. However when
the valid dates for your applied jobs expires, you can go to the
"EDIT CV" section and apply for more positions (maximum
two) by selecting from the 'Offered Positions List' presented
at the bottom of the section. |

Q. How can I be sure that my CV has been successfully submitted
to the Citycell Online Application System? |
If
your CV has been submitted correctly, you will be given a confirmation
message that will include a Tracking Number. You will also receive
a confirmation letter via e-mail (if you have provided your e-mail
address in the form) that will include the Tracking Number and
a Password that you can use to edit your CV later. |

Q. If I do not get a response after posting my CV within six months,
do I have to submit a fresh CV for future opportunities? |
If
you have your Tracking Number and Password, you can update your
CV at any time. Only If you don't remember your Tracking Number
and/or Password, you have to submit your CV again for any new
vacancy offered. |

Normally
it takes up to one month, however your CV will be valid for a
maximum of one year for any future opportunities. |

my CV online? |
No,
you do not need to send your CV by e-mail once you have filled
up and submitted the online application form. |

Q. I don't have an e-mail address right now. How can I be contacted
if my qualifications match with your requirements? |
You
can use your friend's/relative's e-mail account or set up a yahoo
or hotmail account - this is a very easy process which doesn't
cost anything. However, ensure that you have submitted your contact
telephone number with your application. |

Q. How can I be sure that a position I applied for online is not
already been filled? |
Every
effort will be made to remove job postings as soon as a position
is filled. |

Q. Can I update my already posted CV or withdraw my application? |
Yes,
you can update your CV by using the Tracking Number you are given
at and the Password you provide at the time of your CV submission.
But you cannot delete or withdraw your CV. |
